All of our physiotherapists have First Aid qualifications.

 

Roland Jeffery graduated in 1994 from AIT, completed his PGD (Manip) in 2001, PGC in Western Acupuncture 2004 and his MHSC (Masters) in 2004. Roland is the current senior physiotherapist for NZ Football (All Whites) and attended the world cup in 2010. Roland specializes in sports injuries (specifically football). He is also Head of Medical Services for the Wellington Phoenix and has worked in club football for over 10 years.

marty Martyn Sigley graduated in 1994 from AIT, and completed his PGD (Musc) in 2007. Martyn has worked extensively within a professional sporting environment with Kent County Cricket in England for 8 years. He specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and has acupuncture qualifications. Martyn has also played 1st class cricket in NZ and has been working at RJ Physio since 2006.

Justin Lopes Justin Lopes graduated in 2000 from AUT, and completed his PGC in Western Acupuncture in 2002, his PGD (Musc) in 2004 and MHSC (Masters) in 2007. Justin is the physiotherapist for Waitakere Utd, and has been involved at Olympic, NZ youth level and club level with football. He is actively involved with and has travelled extensively with football.

Anna Barlow Anna Barlow graduated in 2004 from AUT and completed her PGD (Musc) in 2006 and PGC in Western Acupuncture in 2007. Anna is currently the physio for the NZ Football, Girls under 17 Team. Anna specializes in sports injuries (specifically football).

Amanda Catherine Porteous graduated from AUT in 2004 and has completed her post graduate qualifications in Western Acupuncture (2009) and her PGD (Musc) (2007). Catherine is the current physiotherapist for the NZ U20's women's world cup team and specializes in sports injuries.


Rob Andrew Newmarch graduated from AUT in 2004. He works with Auckland City FC, as their head physiotherapist. He completed his PGD (Musc) in 2010. Andrew specializes in sports injuries (specifically football) and has been working at RJ Physio since 2009.

Tessa Williams graduated from Otago University in 2007. Tessa works with Glenfield Rovers Football club and completed her PGD (Musc) in 2011 at AUT. She works with Northern Football Federation and she is also a Credentialed McKenzie (MDT) Physiotherapist.

Leighton Wills | Leighton a current member of Takapuna AFC 1st team and will provide physiotherapy cover for the team. He has also worked at youth level for NZ Football and Auckland City. Leighton completed his PGD (Musc) in 2011 at AUT.

Rosita Wong graduated in 2007 from AUT and is completing her PGD (Musc) and acupuncture qualifications at AUT this year.  Rosita specializes in badminton injuries and works with North Harbour Badminton. She speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Hannah George graduated in 2009 from AUT. Hannah works with Birkenhead Utd Football Club and is currently completing her PGD (Musc) this year at AUT.

Nicole Armstrong graduated in 2010 from AUT currently completing her PGD (Musc) this year at AUT. She has a special interest in sports injuries.

Tom Mason graduated from AUT in 2011 and will work with Takapuna Football club this year. Tom will start his PGD (Musc) this year at AUT.

Allan Pearce graduated from AUT in 2011 and will work with club football this year. Allan plays football for Waitakere United in the ASB premiership and has previously represented the All Whites. He will start his PGD (Musc) this year at AUT.

Vicki Copeland joins the team this year after graduating from AUT in 2011. She will work with North Harbour Badminton, having played badminton herself at age group level. Vicki will study acupuncture this year as part of her post graduate studies.

Hayden Jeffery | Practice Manager. Hayden is responsible for the administration and business management of the clinic. He has previously managed a large Health and Body Spa on the Aegean Sea in Turkey.

Donna Donna Baldock | Senior Receptionist. Donna has worked at Roland Jeffery Physiotherapy Clinic since 2008 and is involved in all administration and the day to day running of the clinic.

Annie Connor | Senior Receptionist. Annie joined the team in 2011. She is involved in all administration and the day to day running of the clinic.
